Product description:

Emotions are one of the hardest things to teach our children about as it’s abstract and they may not be able to fully express or convey how they feel. Through a series of crafts and activities, your little one will get to understand each emotion better and how to express them.  ‘My Feelings’ consists of 4 lessons, with each lesson containing 3 activities. It would take between 10 to 20 minutes to complete each activity.

Purchasers of this programme will receive an ‘My Feelings’ box of learning, which contains all the materials you need to complete the 4 lessons. You will also be given access to the parents’ guide and demonstration videos for each individual activity.
